Мёд Pineapple Upsidedown Cake - Manic Meadery

The first ever BBA Imperial Slushy mead that we know of… Starting life as naked Chernobyl, aged in a bourbon barrel for 8 months. After playing around with some pineapple and vanilla, we realized that this was straight Pineapple upsidedown cake. We asked the Founders Club facebook group whether they would like it “clear” or “chewy”, and “chewy” won overwhelmingly. Make sure you shake and roll the bottle before serving, as there will be a lot of separation of the fruit. Store chilled if possible.
