An amazing blend of wild blueberries, mountain blackberries, and wild lingonberries combined with exceptional meadowfoam/blackberry blossom honey. Vanilla and spice followed by earth and a straight up jammy end palate with an extremely long finish. The smell on this one when fermenting was heaven, straight up berry ice cream.
