Yeast was harvested from the flower of a small dragon in western PA. It was then added to a McAllister West Coast IPA (Weekend Immunity). Allowed to ferment and age over the winter for months and then bottled. The base kept its toasty, roasty flavor and aroma but added a hint of farmhouseness to beer. Yeast: Snappy D
