Amotsana (Mystery). Qvevri Wild Ale, 2021. Hybrid ale, wild fermented and aged on Chinuri white grape skins, white&red currant and gooseberry in a Georgian Qvevri. Qvevri, are large, clay pots used for the fermentation and maturation of traditional Georgian wine (Amber wine).
