After a long run we got to talking about most refreshing styles of beer - not everyone had tried one, but we couldn't think of anything better than a Gose. We wanted to share this refreshing beer with as many people as possible - so brewed our modern take on the classic Gose. Brewed with 50% malted wheat, and fermented at warm temps - this beer is super easy drinking with notes of lemon complimented by sea salt.
