Mikkeller has been intrigued with the Niagara wine region and the unique terroir. We partnered with Reif Estate Winery to hand-pick and press late harvest Vidal grapes. The juice was transported the same day and used in the brew. The beer has been barrel aged in a Vidal wine barrel for subtle depth.
