We took the Swath base of 50% Wheatwine aged for 18 months in Willett Bourbon Barrels blended with 50% Wheatwine aged for 18 months in Willett Rye Barrels, then we conditioned it on cognac staves adding another layer of complexity. This 3rd anniversary beer was influenced by 3 different barrels.
