Пиво Eszett (Elderberry) - Millpond Brewing

For the elderberry version we forage our own wild elderberries and cook the elderberries down into juice we then add to Eszett. The elderberries add pleasant sweet earthy and tangy flavors to compliment the Weissbier. The elderberry version contains elderberry juice made by Bryan’s parents from elderberries foraged by Bryan’s father Larry.
