Пиво Irene’s Blueberry Lemon Poundcake - Millpond Brewing

Named after the desserts our grandma used to make, a kettle sour with blueberries and lemon puree added near the end of fermentation, and then conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans. While inspired by the dessert, the beer remains pleasantly tart from the kettle sour process and lemon puree, with complementary sweetness from the blueberries and vanilla beans.
