Clean lactic sourness, a delicate doughy malt character, with a contribution of sweet, tropical flavors similar to pineapple and mango from the goldenberries. Effervescent, and bouncing character on your tongue, crisp, very dry. Has been called the most purely refreshing beer style in the world. Large head with poor retention.
