We used our go to NE IPA water profile, changed up the grain bill slightly, and used a different yeast strain which still works well with fruit and citrus-forward hop varietals, but in our opinion creates a bit of honey-like sweetness during fermentation. Then, we double dry-hopped it with Citra and Galaxy hops.
