Collaboration with our friend Jason Thompson of Blue Jay Brewing. We are excited to announce that Jason has recently received his Brewers Notice and Blue Jay Brewing will become our first resident Incubator Brewery brewing at Millpond. This very light and crisp session pils showcases a slight grainy-sweet malt flavor and is substantially dry-hopped with Barbe Rouge, Cascade, and Simcoe providing flavors of citrus, berry, lemon, and a subtle savory trait.
