Пиво Irene's Strawberry Pie - Millpond Brewing

Named after the desserts our grandma used to make, a kettle sour with strawberry puree added near the end of fermentation, and then conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans. While inspired by the dessert, the beer remains pleasantly tart from the kettle sour process, with complementary sweetness from the vanilla beans.
