Пиво Glass - Blend Two - Mills Brewing

Glass is our series of beers characterised by their delicate minerally flavour, fresh kettle-hop aroma and added sea salt. This second edition of our light, gose-inspired beer had the working title 'Double Glass' due to a significantly higher ABV than the first release. The wort was not made with this (or any) particular beer in mind, but when tasting through our barrel stock two barrels naturally leaned towards this style. The beer was made from extra pale, minerally worts with fresh East Kent Goldings hops. We added a touch of Cornish sea salt into the blending tank to give a crisp finish, before bottle maturation for ten months.
