Пиво Plum - Mills Brewing

Part of a set of five beers produced in tiny batches. Each fruit was placed into a firkin and topped up with Running Beer (Blend 7). The beer refermented on the fruit for 5 months, before maturing in bottle for a further 6 months. The locally grown plums have brought a wonderful mix of red fruit, slate and the elusive petrichor aroma. A great balance of flavour.
