Пиво Quince - Mills Brewing

Part of a set of five fruit beers produced in tiny batches. Each fruit was placed into a firkin and topped up with Running Beer (Blend 7). The beer refermented on the fruit for 5 months, before maturing in bottle for a further 6 months. We used all the fruit from a single quince tree, located over the road from the brewery. The beer is intensely acidic, with a very heady aroma.
