Пиво Saison Cider Cask - Blend Three - Mills Brewing

This is our third edition of Saison Cider Cask. It is always fermented in freshly emptied cider barrels, with a mixture of our spontaneously collected house culture and any remaining lees from the cider making. This edition is a blend of five barrels (from four brews), produced in September 2019, April 2020 and December 2020. The contrasting brews used a variety of grains and a mixture of aged and fresh European hops. Fermentation took place in fresh cider barrels from Oliver's Cider and Perry, as well as Ross-on-Wye Cider and Perry Company. The finished blend was dry-hopped with 2021 season Celeia, before conditioning in bottle for two months prior to release.
