Spectre Sister is a blend of two beers produced on the 17th & 20th July 2018. An extra pale wort of maize, wheat and raw barley fermented in one ex-bourbon whiskey barrel and two freshly emptied cider barrels from Tom Oliver. The resulting beer is a bright and delicate Saison.
