Megérkezett a "Constellations" névre keresztelt New England IPA sorozatunk második tagja, az Orion. A nyári Session NEIPA (Andromeda) után szintet léptünk a beltartalomban, így egy erősebb és komlósabb 6,4%-os NEIPA-t főztünk az őszi szezonra. Az Orion-t duplán hidegkomlóztuk a Citra, Amarillo és Centennial komlókkal, az eredmény pedig egy selymes és balanszos NEIPA. Aromában és ízben is a sárgadinnye, ananász és a mangó dominál. A komplex gyümölcsös aromákat egy kis keserű billenti helyre a korty végén. Egyszeri és limitált főzet. --- The second member of our "Constellations" New England IPA series, Orion, is here. After the Summer Session NEIPA, Andromeda, we went bigger and came up with a stronger and more hoppy, 6.4% NEIPA that's more suitable for the colder season. Orion was double dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Centennial and the result is a silky and balanced beer. Melon, pineapple and mango dominate in aroma and taste, and the complex fruity aromas are balanced out by a hint of bitterness at the end of the sip.
