Following the method of naming the various districts in early York, our 'Ward' series will each showcase a single hop variety. Using our favorite pale ale recipe as a base, we will add massive amounts of late hop additions to truly bring out the flavour and aroma of each variety. First up is the classic American hop, Cascade. Floral, with mild citrus notes, Ward 1: Cascade Pale Ale is crisp and clean, with a dry finish.
