Пиво Alpha 5 - Narrative Fermentations

We brewed this juicy little banger with our buddies from Grains of Virtue out of Oakdale. We had a blast hosting them at the brewery a few weeks back and we're stoked at the results from this collaborative effort. Alpha 5 has aromas of peach skin, freshly cut melon, and hints of coconut. Those aromas transfer over to the palate nicely along with a mélange of stone fruit, lemon oil, and a light tropical/passionfruit finish. It comes across with a super pillowy texture that soft like some 10-ply tp. Ai yi yi!
