Donatelli is crisp and clean with a frothy carbonation and lightly dry hopped with Saphir hops, giving it beautiful highlights of white flowers and citrus with a crackery malt backbone. At 4.6% alc/vol, it's super refreshing and sessionable. This Pilsner is a tribute to my amazing wife, utilizing her maiden name for the name of this beer. The label art is a take on the crest of the small town of Ateleta in Abruzzo, Italy, where her great-great-great grandparents are from.
