Our first slushie here at NF! We fermented out a very strong kettle sour base beer and diluted it back down to 6% abv with ridiculous amounts of pureed blueberry, raspberry, and cherry. We also added some milk sugar to leave behind a little sweetness that you'd expect from a slushie as well as a kilo of Grade A Madagascar Vanilla Beans that helps meld the fruit flavors and give the beer a dessert/pie edge. It stretches the idea of what beer is and takes it to the extreme while still being fun and delicious!
