Пиво Good Moment - Narrative Fermentations

This beer was inspired by a homebrew brewed by our good friends Jimmy Quenelle and Michael Loperena. After a long day at the brewery this past winter, we stopped by a bonfire at Jimmy's place on the way home and tried one of their new brews that was a WC IPA using a mix of Mosaic, Sabro, and Vic Secret. It was freaking delicious and we knew we wanted to use that combination at the brewery. We asked them if they'd be up to brew something similar with us and they were all in. Using their recipe as a guide, a few tweaks were made to it to make it more of an NF West Coast style of beer, but the hop combination remained the star of the show. The name of the beer comes from one of the many Jimmy-isms that our good friend is known for.
