We decided to have a little fun and try to mimic the flavor from the roasted grains through the use of coffee, cacao nibs, and vanilla beans. We once again teamed up with our friend, Ryan Morris, the talented roaster at Vertigo who roasted a custom batch of beans for us to use which really sets it off. We also used a heap of oats to keep the mouthfeel soft while keeping the finishing gravity on the lower end so it didn't come across too sweet, resulting in some great drinkability.
