Пиво Magic Number - Narrative Fermentations

Magic Number showcases Nelson, Citra, and Mosaic in a big, hazy triple base. The higher abv on this beer encourages the hops to express themselves a little differently than they would in a pale ale or single IPA base. We get super ripe tropical flavors from this beer, evocative of pineapple, guava, mango, peach, honey, and melon. While having a big, fruity flavor profile, it finishes fairly dry, especially for the style, giving it a nice drinkability despite being 10%.
