Пиво Memento Mori - Narrative Fermentations

This is our first time using Eclipse here at NF. We had previously used it with our friends at Grains of Virtue in a West Coast banger that we brewed at their place and were super stoked with how it performed! It's grown in Australia, but has a flavor profile perfect for West Coast beers. Memento Mori has some citrus & pine from the Eclipse, but also busts out of the glass with characteristics of white wine, passionfruit, gooseberries, and a tropical ganja finish.
