Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pour Decisions for their 2 year anniversary, this Pale Ale, while being light and crushable, will hit your mouth like a Tombstone Piledriver. We used a thiolized yeast from our friends at Berkeley Yeast that cleaves off bound thiols (flavor compounds) from malt and hops, and along with the thiol rich Phantasm (NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape skin powder), brings some bright guava and passionfruit flavors. These thiols along with the complimentary terpene derived flavors from the expressive NZ hops, bring a full flavor assault to your mouth like a Choke Slam from The Phenom himself.
