Strawberry Vision is a entry for us in to Milkshake IPAs. We used just over 1,200 pounds of Strawberry, which give a beautiful flavor and brightness. The addition of milk sugar and vanilla beans give the beer a nice creaminess while the ripe and fruity flavors of Citra and Mosaic compliment the fruit addition nicely. The 8% alc/vol of the beer help express those flavors even more!
