Пиво View Point - Narrative Fermentations

Viewpoint was brewed to showcase Vista hops, a new release from the USDA public breeding program, formally known as Elite Line 074. We were really excited when we first got to smell them and decided that we'd like to use Mosaic in a supporting role. Viewpoint came out crisp and clean. We like the clean citrus, nectarine, and melon qualities that Vista provided, but that punchy Mosaic definitely comes through with a killer dank, blueberry, and light tropical quality. They play really nicely together and we're stoked with the final result! This Pale Ale crushes hard. Cheers!
