Пиво Woodchoppers - Narrative Fermentations

Woodchoppers is a very simple blonde base consisting of Pale 2 Row and Pilsner Malts, hopped with Magnum for bittering and EKG in the boil. It fermented out very dry to a crushable 5.5% alc/vol. We then did a fairly significant dry hopping of equal parts of Citra & Mosaic at a rate of 2.2 lbs/bbl. The resulting beer is crisp and clean with some awesome aroma and flavor. The name for the beer comes from the Woodchoppers Flat picnic area, a place where we enjoyed some of our first beers.
