Predator’s Reward is a big West Coast style IPA with a little influence from the South Pacific. The simple two malt grain bill allows the exciting US and NZ hops to shine through. Moderately bitter, possibly slightly less than typical for the style, but more than enough to back up the hoppy punch from the hefty late and dry hop additions.
