The Law of Duality is a DIPA we brewed with our friends at the amazing Loka Polly. It is loaded with oats and wheat but with minimal kettle hop additions for full mouthfeel and low bitterness. We then added a large whirlpool addition of Simcoe and Chinook to create the foundation of the beer. Following this, we excessively dry hopped the beer with Citra, Simcoe and Vic Secret.
