Пиво 1010 Pearl Lager - NoDa Brewing Company

This style was selected by the winner of our silent auction at the 2019 Hearts Ball. He named it after the address of his first house in Columbus Ohio which was near a brewery who's flagship beer was a Dortmunder/export style lager. Dortmunder/export lagers are very similar to a standard German Helles Lager but have a little more complexity in malt and hops without being considered malty or hoppy. Clean and balanced with a great malt character from heavy use of locally grown and malted Carolina Vienna Maltn and accented with a moderate amount of fresh German Hallertau Mittlefruh hops.
