This week's NoDable is a throwback to a beer we brewed in 2017! Before we introduced this beer almost a year ago, we put some in one of our foeders. Foeders are typically used for sour or funky beers, but this tripel has no funkiness at all. This brew is fruity with banana and pear notes from the Belgian yeast, and the oak foeders gave it some vanilla character while smoothing out the beer's 10% ABV alcohol bite. Cheers!
