This week's NoDable is a 5% ABV and 20 IBU Raspberry Hefeweizen. Perfect for the summer weather, this brew has all of the qualities you love about a German Wheat and more! Being re-fermented on raspberries, RazzaWeizen offers a tart taste that you typically wouldn't find in a beer of this style, but the wheat malt gives it those banana and pear notes that you would expect from a wheat.
