Пиво Hystrix Saison - Nøgne Ø

Saison was brewed in the cold winter months at the farms in Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium. The beer was then served to the workers the following summer. These workers would get up to 5 litre of Saison daily, but the ABV in this beer was much lower in those days. Probably around 3% ABV. Our version is brewed with fresh lime juice added. Hand peeled and p-pressed by our brewers! The result is a light, fresh and fruity beer.
