Spent 2 magical days in Hopewell (NJ) last year hanging and brewing stout with the sweetest of friends, Alex and Sean @troonbrewing + and our BFF Matt Tarpey @theveilbrewing . Back at the church and ready to channel the energy that is TROON and The Veil we carefully layered our favorite caramel malts with our favorite chocolate malts, double mashed and boiled 12,5 hours. After long and cold conditioning we CAKEIFIED™️ this chocolate/caramel beast on a monstrous amount of hand toasted coconut, toasted and partially charred walnuts + heaps and heaps of vanilla beans + select brasilian coffee beans.
