Part of the Freaky Friday series, this project allows us to brew another brewery’s beer exactly as they would, bringing it to our local market fresh. Electric Brewing in California is known for their meticulous approach to hop-forward beers, and they entrusted us with one of their most beloved recipes. Every detail, from hop timing to yeast handling, follows their original process. The result is a beer that carries their spirit but also reflects the subtle differences of our brewery. It is a celebration of collaboration and a chance for drinkers to experience something rare and special.
