A unique collaboration brew between Omnipollo and Budvar. The beer is a tribute to tradition, brewed in Omnipollos church in collaboration with the brewing team from Budvar. This beer is brewed with the iconic Saaz hops and uses three distinct varieties of this hop to highlight its full range – spicy, floral and herbal. Double decoction builds a rich, bready malt backbone, while cold fermentation with Budvar's historic yeast ensures a refined, well-rounded finish.
