This unique Imperial Berliner Weisse with prickly pear cactus fruit was brewed as a collaboration brew with our good friends at Old Street Brewery from London and managed to age and mellow throughout the COVID-19 pandemic just in time for summer of 2021! Tart, refreshing and a bit savoury. ¡Ay, caramba!
