5 Brett Saison, based on our popular house saison, is a mixed 7 grain base with a melange of additions including pink peppercorns, mandarin peel, cardamom and Tasmanian pepper berries, then bottle conditioned with 5 variants of Brettanomyces, wild strains that impart offbeat qualities like barnyard funk, tropical fruit, and earthy pepper. The first in our cellar series -limited annual releases showcasing the more wild, open, funkier side of One Drop beers. Hand bottled and left out on display under our taproom benches to cellar and age with our local patrons and the stories they bring. Funky, spicy, bitter, and highly effervescent, our saison is made to be shared among the best of company with great food and good vibes.
