Sen Cha Sen Say is a traditional Belgian saison, with the addition of Vietnamese lotus leaves and Japanese green tea forming the body of the brew. Aged for over a year with a special blend of farmhouse yeasts and brettanomyces, this light sipper is a rich golden color infused with an elegant herbal palate. Low ABV for a refreshing quaff, this saison opens with a firm bitterness but fades into soft tannins and a lingering bouquet of the iconic, treasured scent of lotus tea.
