Сидр Adam & Evil - OverWorks, Hawkes

We’ve created something a little bit out of the ordinary for our Hawkes collaboration. This farmhouse cider starts life with a simple malt foundation followed by the addition of apple juice and our own house yeast blend. Following fermentation, the liquid spends time in both cognac and bourbon barrels which bring about a rich and complex ageing process that weaves in characteristics from both casks.
