The OverWorks cellar has a myriad of spirit barrels lying in wait. We took one of each of them for a Strong Island Blend. Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila and Whisky barrels were all blended together for a truly Long Island Iced Tea inspired beer. With a little zest of lemon as the perfect garnish.
