Пиво By & By (Blend #1) - Perennial Artisan Ales

By & By Blend 1 is a new blend of barrel fermented beers that was conditioned/refermented on honey and a house blend of brettanomyces before being package conditioned in green glass bottles and kegs. Aged in oak for a range of 19-26 months. Drinking this beer reminds me of amphora aged Ski Soda, that time you spilled honey on your collection of lime Skittles, and that first time I heard Sung Tongs by Animal Collective in 2004.
