Contentious Matter is brewed with a base of Golden Promise, and a bevy of German specialty malt, this Extra Porter was boiled for 3 hours and had an addition of Melter Honey at the end of the boil. This beer reminds us of chocolate covered raisins, Irish car bombs and putting cocoa powder into whole milk
