Пиво Gramática Campesina - Tripping Animals Brewing Co., Perennial Artisan Ales

This 100% barrel-fermented saison is a blend of two unique barrel projects. First, a 2 year-old blonde beer created with a yeast blend sourced from our brewer Keith's grandmother's farm. Second, a saison aged for 11 months in wine barrels, which was brewed with hibiscus that came from our Florida friends Tripping Animals and fermented with 2 different house yeast strains blended together. The only hops that ever touched this beer were aged over 10 years, supplying the perfect condition for the yeast. After their rest in oak, we blended everything together in stainless on dragonfruit. Package-conditioned for 9 months.
