Pilot Talk is a hazy IPA brewed with a simple malt bill, and crushed with fresh vintage Simcoe, and a dusting of Mosaic and Chinook. This beer reminds us of Peach rings, funky grapefruits, tropical pineapple juice all dominate the aroma and palate. This beer reminds us of stuffing pineapple cubes into peach rings, listening to Curren$y with the windows up, and trips to the back porch during quarantine.
