Our first TIPA is here! We loaded the whirlpool with huge amounts of Ekuanot Cryo and Mosaic Lupomax. The first charge of dry hops was added in the middle of the fermentation with Mosaic Lupomax, Citra and Simcoe. The second dose of dry hops went in after the fermentation, loads of Mosaic Lupomax and Simcoe to give the final touch of candied pineapple aromas - total of 30g/l of hops. Expect aromas of candied pineapple, ripe orange and ripe stone fruits.
